What do the logos mean .....

Accreditations and Certifications

It's important to know you are in 'safe hands' when you engage in a coaching partnership. Many of those I work with are via recommendations from others.  It's also good to know that your coach meets certain 'quality standards' and is a qualified professional coach. To offer some reassurance, I've listed a few of mine below...

The EMCC Global EIA is an internationally recognised award that demonstrates that an individual practising as a professional mentor/coach has the appropriate level of knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively in their practice.  As a Senior Practitioner I:

  • Adhere to the Global Code of Ethics

  • Meet the rigorous standards of the EMCC Competence Framework

  • Engage regularly in reflective practice and supervision

  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and development (at least 32 hours/ year)

  • As a Senior Practitioner, have been coaching for more than 5 years

  • Have worked with over 20 clients (I've actually worked with over 125)

  • Have over 250 coaching hours (I actually have over 1000)

  • Be a member of a professional coaching body (I am both an EMCC and ICF member)

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches and coaching. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals

 

An ICF Credential is a professional certification indicating that I have met specific standards and requirements designed to develop and refine my coaching skills

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) I:

  • Adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics

  • Meet the rigorous standards of the ICF Core Competencies Framework

  • Engage regularly in reflective practice and mentoring

  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and development

  • Successfully completed a performance evaluation assessment and Credentialing exam

  • Have engaged in over 60 hours of coaching education (I have actually over 200 hours)

  • Have over 100 coaching hours (I actually have over 1000)

  • Be a member of a professional coaching body (I am both an EMCC and ICF member)

Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a powerful framework, rooted in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Science & Performance Science, that helps us understand the roots of automatic mental patterns (Self-sabotaging mental patterns).

As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) I support those I work with to:

  • Enhance their ability to identify saboteur thoughts and limiting beliefs

  • Develop the ability to calm and centre self

  • Grow inner resources (Sage Muscles) to enhance empathy, creativity, and action oriented behaviours

 

As a CPQC I have:

  • Undertaken over 100 hours of PQ training and development

  • Met the requirements of external assessment and peer review

  • Established a network of PQ coaches in the APAC region

Having been trained in ORSC methodology I am able to bring a systems coaching approach to team settings.  The ORS@Work program enables me to coach teams to:

  • See themselves as one entity

  • Communicate with transparency and authenticity

  • Develop collective accountability and deep connection

  • Align team values and purpose

  • Build agreed collective and effective ways of working
